Good times in Tahoe
Tahoe meets Haas
On Thursday night, 4 boards, 2 sets of skis along with Jeff Kang, Danae, Joe, Asheesh and I piled into Kang's explorer and made the trek up to Tahoe...The trip included a rivating game of 'sex, drugs, and rock & roll' along with a stop at In-N-Out.
Though we arrived in Tahoe at 2am that didn't stop us from hitting the slopes Thursday morning. Thursday brought harsh winds that left us fighting the crowds on the lower lifts, but we all managed to find a bit of the fresh powder that remained from the storm.
Sunday I decided my legs needed a break so I went for a run along the lake. Check out the view!
In just two days the trees are bare! The temperature went from 25 degrees to 50 and its supposed to drop again by the end of the week...I will take the sunshine any day!
Sunshine and snow! Tahoe at its best! (well maybe a little more fresh powder would help, but I spose we can't have it all!)
Paul and Kang thugging it before they hit the slopes.
Maiken pointing out the next route she and Kang intend to hit.
